deltaDNA strated out being called games analytics. The company was started by myself, Mark Robinson and Tim Christian. We started as primarily a consultancy, raising our first serious money in 2013 to build a SaaS Analytics and CRM platform dedicated to the games industry.

In 2013 we raised our first investment with Par Equity & STV, bringing in Edge VCT the following year. In 2014 I changed from CEO to CTO to drive the platform development as we transitioned the company to a SaaS Big Data Analytics platform.

In 2018 the company was acquired by Unity Software
